I was feeling exhausted every day; I didn’t make time for myself and I worked long hours, not even breaking for lunch. This probably explained my chronic lower back, neck and head tension. I was initially reluctant to sign up to the course because I was so busy and new to yoga, I thought you had to be super flexible and learn difficult poses but luckily that was not the case at all! At first 20 minutes per day seemed like a chore but when I noticed relief with my lower back and neck pain, I was more determined to carve out time for myself every day. Soon enough I was feeling stronger and more determined and I stopped making excuses like I used to. I highly recommend this course because it fits well around my working hours and I saw changes to my mood quite quickly. So glad that this course was beginner friendly and Lara supported me during the whole journey.
